Burbank home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Burbank rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $168,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Burbank in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Burbank for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,382, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
