Orland Hills home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Orland Hills fell by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 8.9% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Orland Hills in November 2017.
