Riverdale home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Riverdale fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,000 - a 7.7% decrease over the $42,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Riverdale in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Riverdale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,871, approximately 7.4% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
