East Merrionette Park home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in East Merrionette Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $2,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,250 - a 2.3% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in East Merrionette Park in January 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in East Merrionette Park for 2017 was $2,719. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,656. This marks an increase of 2.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
