West Hometown home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in West Hometown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 13% decrease over the $77,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in West Hometown in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in West Hometown for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,017, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
