The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in East Chicago Heights, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $15,750 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,500 - a 35.6% decrease over the $44,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in East Chicago Heights in February 2017.
