A public hearing has been scheduled before the Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to consider a petition for a zoning variance to allow a 7-foot yard setback to allow the construction of an oversized detached garage (1,200 square feet) at 12554 S. 76th Avenue, John Sokolowski, petitioner.
