12. Motion to approve Docket 2019-01 for the proposed Owl Woods Subdivision for the reconfiguration of 2 parcels located at 8136 Misty Meadow Drive.

13. Motion to approve Docket 2019-02 for a proposed 6-foot, 6-inch side yard set-back to allow the construction of an attached garage at 12200 S. 69th Avenue.

14. Motion to approve Docket 2019-03 for a proposed 7-foot side yard set-back to allow for the construction of an oversized detached garage totaling 900 square feet at 12554 S. 76th Avenue.

17. Motion to approve a proposal from Christopher Burke Engineering to perform a Water Rate Study at a cost of $13,400.00.

18. Motion to approve the purchase of two Auma valve actuators, which control valves at the Route 83 Pump Station, from Henry Pratt in the amount of $11.202.00.
