The 6th Annual Evergreen Park Senior Health Fair will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Park Fire Department (9000 S. Kedzie Avenue). Free Health Screenings, Hearing Screening, meet Little Company of Mary Hospital Providers, music, dancing and more! This FREE Event is open to community seniors and their caregivers!
Come and kick-off summer in a fun, healthy way! This event is FREE and is open to the public.
