West Hometown home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in West Hometown, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $49,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,500 - a 42% increase over the $117,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in West Hometown in April 2018.
