Illinois General Assembly: HB2152 actions on May 23

The following actions were taken on May 23 in the House on House bill HB2152 ("mental health action on campus"): "Passed Both Houses", "Third Reading - Passed" and "Added as Alternate Co-Sponsor Sen. Omar Aquino".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Emanuel Chris Welch (D-7) on Feb. 6, "creates the Mental Health Early Action on Campus Act" and "provides for intent, legislative findings, purposes of the Act, and definitions," according to the General Assembly website.
