Illinois General Assembly: HB2252 actions on May 21

The following actions were taken on May 21 in the House on House bill HB2252 ("clerks-gender-neutral language"): "Passed Both Houses" and "Third Reading - Passed".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Carol Ammons (D-103) on Feb. 7, "amends the Clerk Division of the Counties Code" and "makes all provisions of the Division gender neutral," according to the General Assembly website.
