The data shows that all of the released offenders in Summit Argo were men. The median age of the parolees was 33. The youngest parolee was a 26-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2018, and the oldest was a 46-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2014.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Isaiah Kirkwood. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2013 when he was 22 years old. He is now 28.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
