Victor Lee, 2957 142nd Place, spoke on behalf of his wife Donna Lee regarding her neighborhood watch program for the California Gardens and Deer Point.
Veronica Rodriguez spoke about water bill issues and a complaint against the city clerk.
Carol DiPace-Greene clarified about water rates and increases. She stated the City of Chicago charges $3.94 per thousand gallons of water. She was also looking for clarification regarding appropriations and looking to reverse all non union wage increases.
