July-Dec. 2018 Recap: Parolees in Park Forest convicted of property crimes
The data shows that five men were among the parolees. The median age of the parolees sentenced for property crimes was 38. The youngest parolee was a 25-year-old man sentenced in 2016, and the oldest was a 56-year-old man sentenced in 2013.
The offender who was incarcerated the longest was Ross Hadden. He was convicted of a property crime in 2013 when he was 50 years old. He is now 56.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
