9. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

      A. Approval of Agreement No. 2019-06-0290A, a new five (5) year contract with Proven IT for use of a Canon Imagerunner Advace 5550III copier at a budgeted cost of $912.00 per month. The attached memo from Information Technology Director Rieman, dated June 13, 2019, provides supporting details.

10. POLICE

      A. Approval of Ordinance No. 2019-06-0741O amending Title IX of the Municipal Code to include Chapter 96, Chronic Nuisance Property Abatement. The attached memo from Police Chief Kristin, dated June 25, 2019, provides supporting details.

11. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

      A. Discussion of the Living Oak Forest advertising campaign, including statistics from previous years and current proposals.

      B. Discussion of future plans for the strip center at 5233 West 159th Street.

CITIZENS PARTICIPATION: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The purpose of this Executive Session is to discuss the purchase or lease of real property for use by the City of Oak Forest, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired, and to discuss the setting of a price for the sale or lease of real estate owned by the City of Oak Forest.
