The data shows that 20 men and two women were released in the Burbank zip code. The median age of the parolees was 35. The youngest parolee was a 21-year-old woman convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2017, and the oldest was a 60-year-old man convicted of a financial crime or fraud in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Joseph Solis. He was convicted of a property crime in 2009, when he was 26 years old. He is now 36.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
