CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS
Joe LaChica moved, seconded by Harry Tannehill, “To award the contract for Lockers at Stony Creek School to List Industries Inc. at a cost not to exceed $97,520.00", Upon roll call, the vote was as follows: Aye: LaChica, Sinnott Snooks, Waldrom, Pierce, Zaker, Tannehill. Nay: none. The motion carried 6-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Harry Tannehill moved, seconded by Therese Zaker, "To adjourn the meeting". Upon roll call, the vote as follows: Aye: Sinnott-Snooks, Tannehill, Pierce, Zaker, Waldrom, LaChica. Nay: None. The motion carried 6-0 at 6:45 p.m.
