A. Mayor Ryan
1) Request to approve a Class “FG” Liquor License for the Pilot Truck Stop located at 12680 S. Kedzie, Alsip. This request will increase the number of Class “FG” licenses from 9 to 10.

1) Presentation of the July 2019 IDOT Motor Fuel Tax Allotment in the amount of $44,557.82.

A. Finance, Trustee McLawhorn
1) List of payroll and accounts payable.
B. Fire, Trustee Murphy
1) Request for approval to hire Tom Lia to replace Doug Daniels as a part-time Fire Prevention Officer. A request to hire form was submitted at a previous meeting.
2) Request for approval to purchase two (2) 2020 F-150 pick-up trucks to replace car #2011 (2007 Explorer) and car #2001 (2010 Explorer) for a cost not to exceed $63,636.00. Terry’s Ford was the lowest price and this has been budgeted for this fiscal year.
C. Police and Traffic Safety, Trustee Dalzell
1) Request for approval to build three (3) Police Ford Explorers at Public Safety Direct at a cost not to exceed $65,000.00. New builds include cameras at $5,200.00 each, the installation of new equipment, the stripping of old equipment, and other equipment purchases such as lighting, etc. We will be recycling three (3) rifle racks, three (3) side band radios and three (3) siren box controllers.
2) Permission to Utilize Oxcart Permit Systems to regulate and issue permits to overweight/oversize trucks to trucks that travel on Village streets. Trucks are already permitted to operate on county and state roads this would require them to be permitted on our roads. The system is free to the Village.
D. Public Works and Boat Launch, Trustee Juarez
1) Request for approval to purchase one (1) 2020 Freightliner 108SD Dump Truck with snow plow and salt spreader, through SourceWell (NJPA) in an amount not to exceed $177,803.00.
E. Sewer and Water, Trustee Nava-Esparza
F. Building and Health, Trustee Zielinski
1) Request for approval of a special event from Walgreens at 12290 S. Pulaski on Saturday, September 14th, 2019 from 10 am to 2 pm.
G. Human Resources and Insurance, Trustee Murphy
1) Request for approval and a Committee consensus to raise hire rate $3,750.00 to $55,000.00 for Finance Associate Position.
2) Discussion to review the revision of the Village’s current vacation policy for Non- Union Personnel.
7. SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS
A. Economic Development, Trustee Nava-Esparza
1) Request to approve an expenditure of $10,450.00 to Environmental Emergency Management Services, Inc, Homewood, IL for asbestos remediation at the former EDCA Auto Sales properties now owned by the Village of Alsip. The Village received 3 quotes and this is the lowest cost submitted and this expenditure was appropriated in the Pulaski Avenue TIF.
2) Update from Diliberto Real Estate Services regarding the BID package and marketing strategy for the 11706-30 S. Pulaski Road parcels owned by the Village of Alsip.

1) Request for approval to purchase Central Square Technologies’ NaviLine Click2Gov Online Building Permit and Utility Billing capabilities at an annual access fee of $8,652.00 (covering licensing and support maintenance), plus a one-time set up fee of $10,800.00.
E. Planning & Zoning and Licenses, Trustee Juarez
1) Presentation of a list of licenses dated August 12th thru August 23rd, 2019.
2) Request for approval of a variance in height for a new warehouse for property located at 12200 S. Laramie (Case #2019-08-V-100). The Planning & Zoning held a meeting on Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 with a vote of 6-1 in favor of approval.
