CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting was called to order at 6:34 p.m. by Mayor Michelle Markiewicz Qualkinbush.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public present. No public comment.
ROLL CALL
YEAS: 5
ALDERMEN: Tillman, Williams, Gardner, Smith, Patton.
ABSENT:
Also present were Mayor Michelle Qualkinbush, City Clerk Nyota Figgs, City Treasurer Tarka, City Administrator William Murray, and Attorney McGraff.
Motion to enter Closed session
Alderman Smith moved, seconded by Alderman Gardner, to enter into closed session to discuss pending litigation.
MOTION CARRIED
Closed Session
The city council met in closed session from 6:35 p.m. – 7:38 p.m.
Return to Regular Order of Business
Alderman Smith moved, seconded by Alderman Gardner, to return to the regular order of business at 7:38 p.m.
MOTION CARRIED
Adjournment
Alderman moved Smith, seconded by Alderman Gardner, to adjourn at 7:38 p.m.
