Flossmoor home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Flossmoor rose by $65,500 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 32% increase over the $204,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Flossmoor in June 2018.
