Hickory Hills home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Hickory Hills rose by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 21% increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Hickory Hills in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Hickory Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,518, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
