Summit home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Summit rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Summit in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Summit for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,394, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
