Lansing home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Lansing rose by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,250 - a 3.1% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Lansing in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Lansing for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,727, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
