West Hometown home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in West Hometown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $17,750 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,750 - a 12.1% decrease over the $146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Hometown in June 2018.

The median sales tax in West Hometown for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,004, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
