Equestrian Estates home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Equestrian Estates fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $472,500 - a 1% decrease over the $477,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Equestrian Estates in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Equestrian Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $10,800, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
