Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Burr Ridge in Cook County fell by $2,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $457,500 - a 0.5% decrease over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Burr Ridge in the second quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Burr Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,678, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
