Evergreen Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Evergreen Park rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 8.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Evergreen Park in the second quarter of 2018.
