Orland Hills home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Orland Hills fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 10.5% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Orland Hills in the second quarter of 2018.
