Richton Park home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Richton Park fell by $36,250 while total sales decreased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 30.7% decrease over the $118,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Richton Park in the second quarter of 2018.
