South Chicago Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in South Chicago Heights fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,000 - a 16.2% decrease over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in South Chicago Heights in the second quarter of 2018.
