Harvey home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Harvey rose by $1,250 while total sales increased by 34.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,500 - a 3.5% increase over the $35,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Harvey in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Harvey for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,418, approximately 6.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
