East Chicago Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in East Chicago Heights, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $32,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $22,500 - a 59.1% decrease over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in East Chicago Heights in the second quarter of 2018.
