Willow Springs (Cook County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Willow Springs in Cook County fell by $35,750 while total sales decreased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 13.7% decrease over the $260,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Willow Springs in the first half of 2018.
