Village of Hazel Crest issued the following announcement on Sept. 17.
Kamira Payne (pictured) is among only 9% of students worldwide to earn the highest score of five when she took the Advanced Placement World History Exam. Congratulations to the Hillcrest Junior who took the AP Exam as a sophomore last school year.
