2. Approve buyback for Officer Thomas Drazba retired from the Calumet City Police department effective September 4, 2019 for the amount specified in the communication; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment from the appropriate accounts.
3. Approve buyback for Ahmed Evans due to his separation of employment effective September 13, 2019, for the amount specified in the communication; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment from the appropriate account.
4. Robinson Engineering to award bid to the lowest bidder for the MFT Calumet City-Sidewalk & Concrete Removal and Replacement program to Davis Concrete Construction Co. in the amount of $138,080.00 per bid opening held on September 12, 2019 in the council chambers; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment from the appropriate account.
5. Approve City Clerk attendance to the 2019 Municipal Clerk Institute Academy on October 15, 2019- October 18, 2019 in Springfield Illinois; authorize the City Treasurer to reimburse the City Clerk for registration and lodging from account #01022-52390.
6. Approve contributing an additional $100,000.00 for the City's Yates Ave. Pump Station upgrade project (bid came in higher than estimated); authorize City Treasurer to remit payment from account # 03036-52359.
7. Approve training from Central Square (SunGard) in the amount of $7,040.00; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment and charge to account #01023 52390.
8. Approve repair of holding cell door in the amount of $5,900 to CMD Products; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment and charge to account # 01060 52345.
