Village of Flossmoor issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
Flooding affects most of Chicago's suburbs, and Flossmoor, as one of them, has been subject to intermittent flooding. To help educate residents about the dangers of flooding and what they can do to mitigate flood hazards, the Village of Flossmoor has created an informational handbook (PDF).
