ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: Review of the 2000 Cooperative Boundary Plan with City of Oconomowoc
The board may return to open session following this discussion.

B. regarding a proposed amendment to the Village of Summit Master Plan 2020 to modify the land use for a 27-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Genesee Lake Road and Dousman Road from an Institutional designation to a Single-family Residential (2.4-acre density) designation.
C. regarding a proposed amendment to the Village of Summit Master Plan 2020 Section 3(D)(10(a), (b) and (f) related to public sewer and municipal water utility requirements in the Industrial/Business Park land use.
