A. Various Action Items - consideration of and possible action:

1. Authorize the Fire and Police Commission to hire one (1) candidate from the current Fire Fighter Eligibility list.

2. Authorize the Fire and Police Commission to appoint the next Senior Lieutenant to Shift Captain.

3. Approve the rescheduling of the Regular City Council Meeting for December 26, 2019 to Monday, December 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.

4. Authorize the Police and Fire Commission to hire three (3) probationary patrolman; police academy reserved for January 2020

2. Resolution Honoring the Life of Christin Ross.

3. Ordinance of the City of Calumet City, Cook County, Illinois, Dissolving The "Industrial Park Redevelopment Project Area (TIF 2)" Special Tax Allocation Fund and Termination The Designation of The Industrial Park Redevelopment Project Area (TIF2).

4. Ordinance Amending Handicapped Parking Ordinance Chapter 90 of the Code of the City of Calumet City, Cook County, Illinois Handicapped Parking by adding: 1770 Memorial Drive.

5. Ordinance Amending Handicapped Parking Ordinance Chapter 90 of the Municipal Code of the City of Calumet City, Cook County, Illinois Handicapped Parking by deleting: 143 Memorial Drive and 1593 Kenilworth Drive.

D. Financial Matters

1. Approve fabrication on E11; authorize City Treasurer to remit payment to Fire

2. Approve maintenance on E305; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment to Fire Service in the amount of $10,420.85 to be charged to account #06617-54150.

3. Approve Robinson Engineering to perform preliminary Geotechnical work as described in the Feasibility Study; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment to Robinson Engineering in the amount of $31,054.00 to be paid in two installments of $15,527.00 to be charged to account #03036-53450.

4. Approve cyber security training contract with Krimson Technology; authorize City Treasurer to remit payment to Krimson Technology in the amount of $7,690.04 from account #01099-55120.

5. Approve wire transfer for the city's portion of the Section 205 Cap Berm Feasibility Study agreement between the City of Calumet City and U.S. Army, Village of Lansing; authorize the City Treasurer to transfer funds in the amount of $112, 500.00 from account #03036-53450.

6. Approve engineering coordination by Robinson Engineering, for the Section 205 Berm Feasibility Study; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment to Robinson Engineering for amount not to exceed $24,246.00 to be charged to account 03036-53450.

7. Approve the camera replacement quote for City Hall; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment to Complex Network Solutions in the amount of $8,370.00 to be charged to account #01099-55120.

8. Approve the purchase of one 2020 Transit -350 Cargo RWD Medium Roof Van Company; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment to Currie Motors in the amount of $35,580 to be charged to account #01110-55100 (police transport van).

Approve the purchase of eight (8) 2020 Police Interceptor Utility AWD and approve the Finance Director to obtain three-year financing from Ford Motor Company; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment to Currie Motors in the amount of $318,120.00 to be charged to account #01110-55100 (8 squad cars).

Approve payments for quarterly lease payments as required by the financing agreements; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payments to the Ford Motor Company to be charged to account #01060-55125.

Authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents for the acquisition of the purchase of police vehicles from Currie motors and execute all documents for the financing with Ford Motor Company.

9. Approve the winterization of the HVAC system for the former Sears building located at 2 River Oaks Drive; authorize the City treasure to remit payment to Murphy & Miller Inc. in the amount of $11,897.00 to be charged to account #12507-52647.

10. Approve repair of the seepage in the Police Department; authorize the City Treasurer to remit payment to Calumet City Plumbing in the amount of $5,390.00 to be charged to account # 01060-52345.

11. Approve bill listing ($469,184.78).

12. Approve payroll ($797,734.47).

13. Emergency payments ($7,093.84).
