Village of Hazel Crest issued the following announcement on Jan. 27.
The Cook County Treasurer has announced the Senior Citizen Real Estate Tax Deferral Program to help senior citizens whose annual household income is $55,000 or less. Deadline to apply is March 1st. For more information about this loan program to cover property tax payments, click here.
