Arbor Park School District 145 Committee of the Whole met Feb. 12.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

1. CALL TO ORDER

2. OPENING COMMENTS AND OVERVIEW OF AGENDA

3. CLOSED SESSION: The board will enter closed session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel of the district.

4. ISSUES RELEVANT TO BOARD ACTION:

• Ratify the January 31, 2020 and February 14, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journals.

• Approve the February 28, 2020 Accounts PayableDisbursement Journal.•Ratify the January 31, 2020, and February 14, 2020 District Payrolls.

• Approve the February 28, 2020 District Payroll.•Subject to review of the Board at the next regular meeting, we move that the Board approves payment of the following:

A. Recurring expenses, including but not limited to items such as utilities, employee benefits, professional services, supplies, and expenditures related to state and federal grants, for which nonpayment before the next regular Board meeting will result in the assessment of a late payment penalty and/or interest: and

B. The March 2020 District employee payrolls, as determined based on existing teacher and employee contracts, and verified hours worked by the end of the applicable pay period.

• Acceptance of the Statement of Position for the Month Ending January 31,2020.

• Approval of the April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 Medical, Dental and Life Insurance Renewal as recommended by the Arbor Park SD 145.

• Approval of the 2020/21 School Registration Fees of $175.00 and $125.00for Grades 1 through 8 and Kindergarten respectively.

• Acceptance of the October 1, 2019 bid submission from Klein Hall CPA's of Aurora, Illinois for auditing services covering Fiscal Years 2020through 2024.

• Approval of the agreement between WIPFLI (formerly Klein Hall, CPA's) and Arbor Park School District 145 for auditing services covering FiscalYear 2020 at a cost of no more than $15,500.
