Approval of the bid received from Quality Control Systems in the amount of $374,000 to replace Hickory Bend Rooftop Unit (RTU #3) with $50,000 being funded from the FY2020 School Maintenance Project Grant and the remainder $324,000 to be funded through the Operations & Maintenance Fund for FY2020-2021 Budget Year
IV. Approval of a pest management service contract from Pest Management Services in the amount $1,271.00 for initial set up service and a monthly fee thereafter of $305.00 per month at a first year cost of $4,626.00
