Bremen High School District 228 Committee-of-The-Whole met February 11

Bremen High School District 228 Committee-of-The-Whole met Feb. 11.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

1 President Resler called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.

2 Board of Education

Present: Mr. Canning, Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Kampwirth, Mr. Whitcomb, Mrs. Resler

Absent: Mrs. Gleason, Ms. Stearns

Central Office

Present: Dr. Kendall, Dr. Williams, Dr. Goggins, Mrs. Morrison, Mrs. Giglio-Byczek,

Mr. Boswell, Mr. Masterson, Mrs. Taylor

3 Mrs. Resler opened the floor to the public for comments. There being no public comments, Mrs. Resler closed the floor to the public.

4 Dr. Goggins asked if there were any questions regarding the personnel report.

There were none.

5 Mrs. Morrison answered all questions regarding the following finance items; Bills, Addendum to Bills, Payroll & CDS Bills, Spring 2020 Paper Bid Results, FY 2002

Property Tax Relief Grant Abatement Resolution, and Audit Engagement Letter for

FY2020.

6 Dr. Williams asked if there were any questions on the Overnight Field Trip request.

There were none.

7 At 7:02 p.m., Mr. Canning made a motion to move to closed session to discuss collective negotiating matters. Mr. Whitcomb seconded the motion. Roll call vote

indicated:

Ayes: Mr. Canning, Mr. Whitcomb, Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Kampwirth, Mrs. Resler

Nays: None

At 7:27 p.m., Mr. Whitcomb motioned to return to public session. Mrs. Kampwirth

seconded the motion. Roll call vote indicated:

Ayes: Mr. Whitcomb, Mrs. Kampwirth, Mr. Canning, Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Resler

Nays: None

8 At 7:29 p.m., After reading the announcements, Mrs. Resler made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Voice vote was unanimous.
