Bremen High School District 228 Committee-of-The-Whole met March 10.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

1 President Resler called the meeting to order at 6:46 p.m. Call to Order

2 Board of Education

Present: Mr. Canning, Mrs. Gleason, Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Kampwirth, Ms. Stearns, Mr. Whitcomb, Mrs. Resler

Central Office

Present: Dr. Kendall, Dr. Williams, Dr. Goggins, Mrs. Morrison, Mrs. Giglio-Byczek, Mrs. Taylor

3 Mrs. Resler opened the floor to the public for comments. Dr. Kendall stated there have been concerns regarding the Coronavirus. and explained the steps the district is taking in response; including forming a task force. There being no additional public comments, Mrs. Resler closed the floor to the public.

4 Dr. Goggins asked if there were any questions regarding the personnel report. There were none.

5 Mrs. Morrison asked if there were any questions regarding the following finance items; Bills, Addendum to Bills, Payroll & CDS Bills. There were none.

6 Dr. Williams answered all questions regarding the Overnight Field Trip request, 6:300 Graduation Requirements and the Challenge Curriculum, and Instructional Materials Adoption.

7 At 7:34 p.m., Mr. Canning made a motion to move to closed session to discuss collective negotiating matters. Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. Roll call vote indicated:

Ayes: Mr. Canning, Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Gleason, Mrs. Kampwirth, Ms. Stearns,

Mr. Whitcomb, Mrs. Resler

Nays: None

At 8:04 p.m., Mr. Canning motioned to return to public session. Mrs. Kampwirth seconded the motion. Roll call vote indicated:

Ayes: Mr. Canning, Mrs. Kampwirth, Mrs. Gleason, Mr. Johnson, Ms. Stearns,

Mr. Whitcomb, Mrs. Resler

Nays: None

8 At 8:05 p.m., After reading the announcements, Mrs. Resler made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Voice vote was unanimous.
