a. Watermain Breaks: 14 YTD plus one sanitary forcemain

b. Sanitary sewer maintenance – 6600 W. 127th Street

c. Request approval to continue with the 2020 Water Distribution System Leak Survey Program with ME Simpson in the amount of $12,675.00. – AGENDA

d. Request approval to continue with the 2020 Valve Exercising Program with ME Simpson in the amount of $19,975.00. – AGENDA

e. Request approval to install new 6” pressure reducing valve on 128th and Harlem with Genco Industries in the amount of $15,550. - AGENDA

f. Request to go out for bid for the 2020 Manhole Rehabilitation Project estimated at $397,000.

g. Request to go out to bid for the 2020 CIPP Lining Project estimated at $150,000.

h. Request to go out for bid to install 150 feet of new watermain on 127th Street and 68th Ave. estimated at $55,000.

i. Request to purchase 3 security cameras for RT 83 Pump Station capable of holding 90 days of footage from KPTECHNOLOGY in the amount $9,782.95. - AGENDA

5. Professional Services

a. Approve payment to RJN Group for professional engineering services in the months of April through May 2020 totaling $18,275.00. Services provided: Finalized and sent Austin Ave metering report, Volumetric flow analysis to determine next condition assessment areas, Menominee modeling analysis, sewer lining bid preparation, manhole repair bid preparation – AGENDA

b. Approve Payment to Morris Engineering for the Oak Lawn Watermain oversight and the 127th Street Watermain extension in the amount of $2,783.75 – VOUCHER LIST

c. Approve agreement for Rt. 83 Tank Rehabilitation construction inspection with Strand Associates in the amount not to exceed $34,500. - AGENDA
