A. Approval of a Concept Landscape Plan Review for the intersection at 159th Street and Cicero Avenue. The attached memo from Community Development Director Bandstra, dated May 20, 2020, provides supporting details.

B. Approval of Ordinance No. 2020-05-0793O authorizing a Special Use Permit for Angelic Scholars to allow child care services and other further zoning relief as may be required at 5488-5496 West 159th Street in the C2 – General Service Commercial District. The attached memo from Community Planner Ruane and Community Development Director Bandstra, dated May 26, 2020, provides supporting details.

C. Approval of Ordinance No. 2020-05-0794O authorizing a Level 3 Design Review Permit for Perfect Smiles at 5950 West 159th Street in the C2 – General Service Commercial District. The attached memo from Community Planner Ruane and Community Development Director Bandstra, dated May 26, 2020, provides supporting details.

CITIZENS PARTICIPATION: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response. THIS COUNCIL MEETING IS BEING TELECONFERENCED FROM CITY HALL, BUT THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IS OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC
