9. DOCKET 2020-06: A petition filed by David Courtright. Motion: to direct the City Attorney to draft an ordinance to allow a zoning change from R-1 Residential to B-1 Restricted Business for purposes of a Law Office to operate at 12624 S. Ridgeland Avenue, subject to the property reverting back to R-1 upon property transfer to an entity not associated with the law office, and a certified copy of the ordinance filed with the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.

10. DOCKET 2020-07: A petition filed by Kevin Hauser. Motion: to direct the City Attorney to draft an ordinance to allow a Chiropractor Medical Clinic to operate as a Special Use in a B District at 7230 W. 127th Street contingent upon issuance of occupancy permit by Building Department.

11. Motion to waive the rules to adopt the ordinance.

13. DOCKET 2019-07: A petition filed by Santos Gonzales and Anna Moore. Motion: to direct the City Attorney to draft an ordinance for a setback variance at 7400 W. Kiowa Lane, allowing a pool to extend 3 feet beyond the building line, and a fence to extend 10 feet beyond the building line and returning perpendicularly to the northwest corner of the house. Neither the pool nor fence will extend into the required 20-foot front yard of the two-lot block of Comanche Drive. All subject to review by the City Engineer.
