Cost of college went up for all students at Fox College

Tuition and fees rose 0.4 percent for 2018-19 at Fox College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Illinois students paid $15,220 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $60 more than the $15,160 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 96 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 19 students received grants or scholarships totaling $116,832 and 22 students took out student loans totaling more than $152,172.

Including all undergraduates (443), 308 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.9 million, and 380 students took out $2.5 million in federal student loans.
