Village of Orland Hills Village Board met Aug. 19.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

ROLL CALL: 

1. President's Report: President Hastings

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, this meeting will be held by audio conference and a physical quorum may not be present. At this time, I would like to verify that all members participating remotely can be heard by everyone and that they can hear each other. I would also like to verify that everyone physically present in the Board room can hear the discussionand testimony.

2. Clerk's Report: Clerk Iannantone

a.) Request support of a motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Village Board Meeting of the Village President and the Board of Trustees for August 5th, 2020, as presented.

3. Administrator's Report: Administrator O’Neill

a.) Request support of a motion to Approve and Execute Agreement #2020-1018, an InterGovernmental and Sub recipient Agreement for Coronavirus Relief Funds Between the County of Cook, Illinois and The Village of Orland Hills, as presented.

b.) Request support of a motion to approve and authorize the execution of documents with FGMK, LLC, as presented.

c.) Request support of a motion to approve and authorize the execution of documents with Khowaja Law Firm, LLC, as presented.

4. Finance: Trustee Petrey

a.) A motion to approve Warrant #20-21-15 being all regular bill payments for this period, which report is titled as “Miscellaneous Accounts Payable”, and which report is dated August 19, 2020 in the amount of $54,424.72, as presented.

b.) A motion to approve Ordinance # 2020-005, being the Annual Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021, as presented.

c.) A motion to approve and execute Resolution # 2020-1019: A Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code, that will replace Resolution # 2020-1017, A Resolution for Maintenance of Streets Under the Illinois Highway Code, and to appropriate the same sum of $175,000 from the Village allotment of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds to improve selected streets throughout the Village, as presented.
