7. PRESENTATIONS, PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS
1) Approval of lowering the annual fees for Video Gaming Terminals from $500.00 to $250.00 per terminal. The State of Illinois allows up to six (6) terminals in each establishment. The Village currently receives $3,000.00 per establishment x 16 establishments = $48,000.00. This suggestion to reduce the annual fees was made by Lisa Zett, proprietor of Southsides Bar.
